Join us at Magic Dragon Functional Fitness this Memorial Day weekend as we come together to honor LT. Michael P. Murphy and all who have made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country.We will be hosting two opportunities to complete the Murph workout:
Saturday, May 23 at 8:00 AM
Monday, May 25 at 9:00 AM
The workout includes:
1 mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 air squats
1 mile run
This workout is scalable for all fitness levels, and our coaches will guide you through options to ensure everyone can participate safely.
This is more than just a workout. It’s a chance to challenge yourself, reflect, and be part of a community honoring something bigger than ourselves.
All are welcome. Come show up, do the work, and honor the fallen.
