Muriwai Loop

5 km loop or can add on more depending on who comes along 🙂.I am recovering from a knee issue so it will be fast walking and intervals running if anyone wants too.No one will be left behind I promise and everyone is always loving that's ces to these group events .Trail and sand with no mud, I did a reccy yesterday to check .You will see lots of dogs and maybe horses .
