Welcome to an enchanting evening of intrigue and suspense at the infamous "Deadwood Saloon" fundraising dinner where dusty secrets, and a dastardly murder await. This immersive experience will transport you to the heart of a saloon during the era of the rough and tough Old West.
Get ready to immerse yourself and unearth secrets, follow clues, and enjoy an unforgettable evening of mystery and intrigue, all for a great cause.

Venue: The Deadwood Saloon (Also known as the Crossroads YMCA Gym)
Attire: Dress to impress in your finest Wild West Wear. You can be a cast member, or choose to watch and help solve the mystery as it unfolds!

7:30 PM-8:30 PM: Opening Remarks and Act 1 - The Murder Unveiled

Event Components:
Welcome Drinks: As you arrive, get your beverages & raffle tickets
Opening Remarks: The host will set the stage for the evening, introducing the setting and characters of our murder mystery.
Dinner and Socializing: Enjoy a buffet-style BBQ dinner . Mingle with fellow guests, strike up conversations, and gather information from potential suspects.
Act 1 - The Murder Unveiled: A dramatic scene will unfold, revealing the shocking murder that has taken place within the saloon. Meet the characters, each with their motives and secrets, and witness the first clues being revealed.
Act 2 - Unraveling Clues: Teams will form to solve the mystery. Search for hidden clues, interrogate suspects, and piece together the puzzle. Uncover red herrings and secrets that could change the course of the investigation.
Resolution and Prizes: As the night comes to a close, gather to hear each team's findings and theories. The true story behind the murder will be revealed, along with recognition and prizes for the most astute detectives and best-dressed participants.
Dancing: Throughout the night, listen, sing along or show us your Boot Scootin' moves on the gym floor! Enjoy a special dance presentation by Sassafras!
Photobooth: Capture the memories with a vintage-style photobooth, complete with props.
Charity Auction: Participate in a raffle and shop all proceeds going to the chosen cause.
