We’re excited to welcome Katie from Snoozie Wonderland, a gentle sleep coach who supports families to build healthy, realistic sleep routines.

This session will focus on baby and family sleep, with a relaxed, supportive discussion covering things like:

• Understanding baby and toddler sleep

• Creating gentle sleep routines that work for your family

• Navigating sleep regressions and night waking

• Tips to support both baby’s sleep and mum’s wellbeing

• Open Q&A — ask the questions every parent has about sleep

As always, Mums Connected is a warm, baby-friendly space where mums can connect, share experiences and learn from trusted experts — with no pressure, just support.

We’ve also recently added a Honeybunch Reset Station, where you can create affirmation cards or reflect on gratitude prompts — a small moment just for you. 💛
