Join us for KangaMix class every FRIDAY 10am till 11am by the Waterside Café - 1 North Shore Drive, Craigieburn VIC 3064.Kangatraining is the perfect activity for mums looking to socialise AND exercise with your baby. You get a total body workout as we focus on rebuilding strength and fitness post pregnancy, while your baby can relax and enjoy being close to you.
KangaMix is our outdoor adaptation of the Kangatraining program that involves a trail walk with your baby in either a pram or carrier (or both if you have two or more little ones) with interval stops for strength training with squats, arms, lunges, barre and leg repeaters!
Must be minimum 6 weeks postpartum following a vaginal birth or 12 weeks postpartum if you’ve had a c-section.
BOOKINGS ESSENTIAL - classes run in accordance with the VIC school terms but you can trial and join anytime!!

PRICES:
- KangaMix Trial Class $15
- Kanga Class Passes valid for up to 6 months from time of purchase
• $50 for x3 classes (valid for 2 months)
• $80 for x5 classes (valid for 3 months)
• $150 for x10 classes (valid for 6 months)
- Casual Pass $18 per session (pay as you go option)
- Carrier hire is available for class upon request at no extra charge
