I’m so excited to be bringing my dance fitness classes to The Beacon Community Centre, Exeter from January I honestly can’t wait!
If you love 80s/90s bangers, this is absolutely the place to be. It’s a women’s-only, all-fitness-levels class that’s all about fun, movement, and feeling good no pressure, no perfection.
Come along, give it a try, and have a laugh. Leg warmers are not compulsory… but very much encouraged!
