4 week bootcamp style course
These classes will involve higher impact and more resistance training focus than my level 1 & 2 postnatal classes �
For mums who want to return to regular activities but aren't sure how this is the class for you!
Mums must be at least 16 weeks pp and ideally would have preciously completed a level 1 postnatal class.
* GP clearance may be required*

Class sizes will be small so mums get the maximum benefit of attending
