Our Mum & Baby yoga classes are one of the loveliest hours of the week for both you and your little one 💗
A beautiful blend of yoga for you and gentle baby yoga with rhymes and songs for your baby. We focus on building your strength and stamina safely, guiding you through the haze of early motherhood with breathing techniques and relaxation to help with depleted energy levels.
Knowing all too well that babies have minds of their own, our classes are super chilled and we adapt based on how the little ones are feeling each week. Feeding, changing, crying and burping are all completely welcome, if you are a new mum looking for a class to try, we promise you will love this one 😄
We recommend waiting at least 6 weeks after birth (8-10 weeks following an abdominal birth) before joining us. Suitable for babies up until they are on the move 💗
We always end with a beautiful twinkly fairy light and candlelit relaxation, basically one hour of pure loveliness.
