Hello 👋 a little reminder about Mum & Baby Pilates and how it works:
🧘♀️ First class is free and you don’t have to sign up for any more classes after this.
🧘♀️If you do want to come back for more I ask that you always book beforehand using the booking platform. You can PAYG at £10 per class or buy a 6 class BUNDLE for £50 which don’t need to be used consecutively.
🧘♀️ Mums and Babes invited as long as you have been signed off by your GP at your 6-8 week check and have completed the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire.
🧘♀️No Pilates experience, equipment or specific clothing required. Come as you are!
🧘♀️Babes on the move are welcome but remain your responsibility to keep safe 🫶🏼
