Mum and Baby Pilates – with Cameryn Titus

Join physiotherapist and APPI-certified Pilates instructor Cameryn Titus for a welcoming, general full-body Pilates class designed for all experience levels. This class offers mums the opportunity to bring their babies and exercise in a safe, baby-friendly setting. Guided through gentle yet effective movements, you'll focus on core strength, postural alignment, and balanced mobility. Ideal whether you're returning to exercise, starting out, or deepening your practice. Classes are intentionally small (12 max) to ensure individual attention in a relaxed, supportive environment. Based in the heart of Walthamstow at Big Penny Social, non-mobile babies are welcome to lie next to you while you move.
