Stakes include Branson, Joplin, Monett, Saint Robert, Springfield, Springfield South, and West Plains

● 4:00 p.m. - Leadership meeting at Springfield South Stake Center. Those invited include:

○ At least one member of each Stake Presidency

○ At least one member of each Bishopric (the Bishopric decides who will attend)

○ Stake and Ward Sunday School Presidencies

○ Stake and Ward Relief Society Presidents

○ Stake and Ward Young Women Presidents

○ Stake and Ward Primary Presidents

○ Elders Quorum Presidents (invite a counselor if the President cannot attend)
