Multi-species Oyster Class at Strange Bird

Join Neal Warner, oyster enthusiast, to learn about the bivalve with the cult following! This tasting will expand beyond the two most widely available species and include 3 of the lesser well-known. Tickets include 12 oysters, most of which you'd be hard-pressed to find in Seattle or Boston, let alone Indy. This class will start with a brief shucking review. I'll provide knives, or if you want to take one home you can add one on when you reserve your ticket.

We'll have a server available to take orders for drinks to sip on during class!
