Mulch Moving Party at Woodman Park Community Garden 🪏
📣 Calling anyone who believes in our work, wants to lend a helping hand, and enjoys the smell of fresh chipped mulch 📣
Equal Ground and the volunteers of Woodman Park Community Garden need your help. We have a LOT of mulch that we need moved on July 18 and we're looking for 50 volunteers to assist! Join us at Woodman Park Community Garden (491 Grey St) on July 18 at 10AM for some manual labour. We have materials and supplies but if you have a wheelbarrow and shovel to spare, bring it along! We will be installing a cardboard W**d barrier, 4 inches of mulch, and edging along our mini fruit orchard, ornamental beds, and fruit beds. Many hands might light work! To ensure we accomplish this task, we ask that you please RSVP by responding to the event or sending us a message.
