On Monday, November 18th from 9am-12pm we will be partnering with nursing students from Carroll University to host a health fair at the Mukwonago YMCA. This event is free and registration is not required. All are invited to stop by and visit the booths to learn more about YMCA programs, go through a vision screening with the nursing students, pick up a healthy snack, check your blood pressure, learn about sleep, childhood wellness, balance and more!>For more information, email Chelsea, our Healthy Living Director:
