Mug Painting

Turn a plain ceramic mug into something that's completely yours. Part painting, part playful detail — and unlike most things you'll make in a workshop, this one ends up in your hands every morning.
What you will experience:
In this workshop, you'll paint your own ceramic mug — working around its curves with fine brushes and ceramic paints to build pumpkins, leaves, mushrooms, patterns, lettering or whatever design speaks to you. You'll be guided step-by-step by artist Carolina Couto, working on the design shown, and the curing process is explained along the way. Keep the suggested colour palette as it is, or mix things up — the choice is entirely yours.
The essentials:
All materials provided: ceramic mug, ceramic paints, brushes, pencils and tools
No experience needed: just bring yourself and your creativity
Duration: around 2 hours, with a short break
Enjoy unlimited coffee, hot chocolate and delicious sweets throughout the session
Take home your mug the same day
Good to know:
Come a few minutes early to settle in and grab a coffee. Wear something you don't mind getting a little paint on.
