A half day retreat to include creativity, calm and connection. During the day we will be working with slabs of clay, and using templates to help us create our own mug, with guidance from Jo, our potter. You will decorate your mug using cutters, stamps and underglaze colours.
We will also take time for gentle, restorative yoga with Caroline, using bolsters, blocks and blankets, resting in long-held gentle stretches, as well as some guided relaxation.
This retreat is suitable for beginners level and upwards in both pottery and yoga.
Tea, coffee and cake will be provided. Your fired mug will be ready for collection in 4 weeks. £65 per person. Gift vouchers are available. (£25 deposit required at time of booking please). Do get in touch for more info and to book your place.
