The OG Community Days event is back! Play Mudflat Golf on Siletz Bay at low tide.Bring three friends to head out as a foursome, or get paired up on the spot.
No golf skill is required! Everyone will be provided one iron and a ball. You'll play a 9-hole course laid out by Taft High School golfers. The event is planned from 10 a.m. to 1pm but organizers may stop sending teams out earlier than 1 pm depending on conditions as the tide comes in.
$5 per person - proceeds benefit Taft Tiger golf teams.
Park in the lot southeast of the Pelican Pub & Brewery; please don't use the main parking lot.
Some golfers swear by rubber boots for this event, but an old pair of sneakers you don't mind getting wet works, too!
