Get Ready for Muddy's Wellness Walk 2026!
We’re bringing the Muddy community together for our first ever Wellness Walk – a chance to move, connect and look after our hearts (both physically and figuratively). We’ve chosen to support the British Heart Foundation for our inaugural walk as it’s a charity that means a lot to us at Muddy – our Founder Hero Brown lost her husband, aged just 56, to a heart attack in 2021 – and we will be making a donation to the charity after this event.
ABOUT THE WALK
A stunning 8km walk through Stonor Park – an 850-year-old private estate near Henley-on-Thames – and the surrounding area. It is moderate route with a few steep hills and the odd stile.

- START TIME: 2 slots available. Arrive at 9.30am for a 10am start or arrive at 10am for a 10.30am start.

PRICE: £25pp + booking fee
The event is open to Adults (18+) and children aged 12+ when accompanied by an adult. Tickets must be purchased separately for both child and adult.
OUR CHARITY:
The British Heart Foundation is committed to a world free from the fear of heart and circulatory diseases. Their ambition is to invest over £1 billion in cardiovascular research over the next 10 years. This will only be possible through the continued generosity of supporters and through taking part in fundraising events like the Muddy Wellness Walk.
