Smoker Feb. 1st at Muay Thai of Colorado!!!Weighins at 9am, first bout at noon.
1 coach per gym.
16oz. gloves
headgear
shin guards
mouthpiece
protective cup. No boxing style cups.
Muay Thai shorts or shorts with no pockets nothing
bellow the mid thigh. No basketball style shorts
all bouts within 10lbs.
No elbows at any time
No knees to head
No direct attacks to knees
no groin attacks
No mma style takedowns
no attacking of a downed opponent
no holding ropes
no dirty boxing
Clinching/plum must be active
rules will be done a 1/2 hour to 1 hour before first bout.
Kids 12 and under no punches to head and chest protector
required. kids will be matched close to age, weight and height.
