We’ve put together some thirst quenching booze drink specials for your enjoyment and some special made Detroit Style Pizzas to celebrate the occasion. Detroit Style PIzza is a style that was started by Buddy’s Pizza. Shields, Cloverleaf, Loui’s and Green Lantern Pizza followed in their footsteps until the late Shawn Randazzo of Detroit Style Pizza Co. officially branded the style and made us World Famous by winning the Vegas Pizza Expo. Detroit Style is a Deep Dish Pizza cooked in cold pressed blue steel automotive pans with its signature caramelized Wisconsin Brick Cheese along the squared edges. Typically served with the Sauce on Top of the Cheese, we have worked hard to put together what we hope you will consider a worthy homage to our home town genre.
