We will host the pre-releases on
🎯 2/27/26 Friday at 7 PM &
🎯 2/28/26 Saturday at 6 PM
Open 6 packs of the newest set and battle it out with your buddies (or enemies!). Win packs based on how well you compete. Let’s celebrate this awesome pre-release event together with a Sealed event!
Pricing at Both Stores:
Pre-Release Kits ~ $40
Pre-Release Weekend is one of the only times each year at TCP that you CANNOT use points for any purchase of the new set.
Also, you CAN use Store Credit and CAN trade in your cards like normal for product. Sorry for any inconveniences.
**FNM Commander can still happen, but this event will happen / start at the same time.
The Schedule:
-Friday 2/27/2026: 7PM register; 7:10PM crack packs, and deck build. Start playing at 8PM.
-Saturday 2/28/2025: 6PM register; 6:10PM crack packs, and deck build. Start playing at 7PM.
Format:
-Prerelease Kit Sealed (1x Promo Card, 6x Booster Packs)
-Basic Lands provided by The Cool Place
-3 Rounds Swiss (no elimination, play all 3 rounds even if you lose; 3 ROUNDS ONLY REGARDLESS OF ENTRANTS)
-Rounds are best of 3 games
Prize support:
Everyone gets a Play Booster Pack for playing plus another Play Booster Pack for each round that you win.
3-0 = 4 Play Boosters
2-1 = 3 Play Boosters
1-2 = 2 Play Boosters
0-3 = 1 Play Booster
*If there are undefeated players, they are welcome to compete in more rounds but that will not count towards prize support.
