FITNESS CENTER MEMORIALIZATION EVENT

JOIN US TO FOR A HERO DAY AS WE HONOR THE LIFE, SERVICE & SACRIFICE OF U.S. ARMY SPECIAL FORCES OPERATOR MSG MICHEAL B. RILEY WITH COMMEMORATIVE FITNESS EVENTS & A FITNESS CENTER MEMORIALIZATION CEREMONY IN HIS HONOR:
8 a.m. - 5K Memorial Run
10 a.m. - Memorialization Ceremony
10:30 a.m. - Micheal B. Riley Hero WOD
We will start the Hero Day at 08:00 with a 5K Memorial Run. Participants will get a free medal
After the run at 09:30/ 10:00 we will have a Memorialization Ceremony, officially re-naming the Fitness Center to the ‘MSG Micheal B. Riley Fitness Center’ with Guest Speakers who will share Mike’s story & the sacrifice he made for the country.
After the ceremony we will start the annual Micheal B. Riley Hero Workout!

Here are all the Facts:
- All Events are FREE for everyone!!
- Everybody can attend!!
( Active Duty, Civilians, Local Nationals, Contractors & NATO Allies )
- Participants for the 5K run will receive a FREE Medal
- Participants for the Hero WOD will receive a FREE T-Shirt & Memorial Bracelet
- We will have a Live DJ
- Water & fruits for refreshment for participants will be provided
The Hero WOD is not a competition! It’s a workout to come together to honor & remember a great person and true warrior. It doesn’t matter if you are a CrossFit expert or have never done a CrossFit workout before. We will explain every exercise and we also have alternate exercises in case you are unable to perform one of the exercises.
NO SIGNUP needed. Just come out on 27 June and be done art of a great day to honor a fallen hero
