The Mississippi Minority Mental Health Symposium is back, and our Call for Proposals is officially open.
Each year, this symposium brings together mental health professionals, educators, advocates, healthcare leaders, researchers, social workers, counselors, psychologists, healthcare providers, nonprofit leaders, and community changemakers committed to advancing meaningful conversations around minority mental health. As one of Mississippi’s growing and respected annual mental health events, we continue to create space for education, collaboration, innovation, and practical solutions that strengthen communities.
We are seeking dynamic presenters, clinicians, subject matter experts, educators, and thought leaders who are passionate about improving mental health outcomes in minority communities and ready to share practical, engaging, and evidence informed strategies.
Are you leading innovative work? Conducting research? Building stronger systems of care? Creating culturally responsive approaches that deserve a larger audience?
We invite you to submit a proposal for the 2026 Mississippi Minority Mental Health Symposium and help shape an impactful learning experience for professionals from across Mississippi and beyond.
