Hail, Valiant Members of the MRU! Hear ye, hear ye!
By command of good fellowship and merriment, thou art warmly invited to join thy comrades for a grand outing to the Renaissance Festival.
When: Saturday, November 1, 2025
Where: The Faire grounds (renaissance festival main gate)
Time: Gather at 9:00 AM at CREK's Main Barn
For a day, let us trade our duty boots for boots of a merrier sort—feast upon turkey legs, cheer bold jousts, browse ye olde merchants, and revel in a day of laughter and lore. Garb/cosplay is welcome (MRU colors or not, cloaks, tunics, flower crowns, Game of Thrones, Vikings, medieval—choose thy vibe), but not required. Family and friends are most heartily welcome.
Logistics (non-medieval bits):
-Meet-up spot: CREK Main Barn 10:30 AM for a quick group photo.
-Carpool: Wheels roll from CREK at 9:30 AM (say “aye” if you want a seat lol).
-Tickets: Please purchase in advance on the festival’s site to skip the queue. VIP Add-ons like Jousting front row seats available too! Link below.
RSVP: Reply “AYE” by Saturday, Oct 25 so we can plan carpools and headcount.
