It's summer, it's the first Saturday of the month, and MRC Oslo's 8th birthday! ** Free for non- members and members! **
We hope to celebrate with you; join us on our usual run (or join after!) and stay for some drinks and snacks! We will try to provide some entertainment along the way and are aiming for a nice sunny day with lots of great party drinks!
This is a great opportunity for everyone that ran a PB recently and hasn't brought any cake yet, to bring it and celebrate with everyone (though not mandatory (: ). Of course you are also more than welcome to bring some snacks anyway!
We will meet up at our club house Henry & Sally's, where you can choose between three distances to run.
We will do like we always have: 8,5 km run up along the river, a slightly easier ~5 km run on flatter terrain, or our 3km; up to you. We will create smaller groups based on pace, so everyone can join!
We strive to make sure everyone can run together with someone at a pace they're comfortable with.
You can leave your bags and valuables in the bar while we run.
