3.To consider and adopt the Annual Report for the period of Feb 2025 to Mar 2026.
4.To consider and adopt the audited accounts of the Branch Association for the year 2025.
5.To appoint the same external auditor as MPMA Hq.
6.To consider any other matters business (of which seven (7) working days’ notice has been given in writing to the secretariat).
7.To elect Branch Committee for the 20th Term (2026-2028) (every alternate year).
