November 23, 2024 | 6pm Join us this November for an unforgettable evening featuring the sparkling wines of Moët & Chandon, paired with a multi-course menu in the historic setting of Mohonk Mountain House. Guests will enjoy a special sabering demonstration, where three lucky participants will be chosen to saber their own bottle of Moët, each taking home their saber and cork as a keepsake. Following the demo, we’ll gather on the lawn for a celebratory pour, sharing a glass from the freshly sabered bottles. This exclusive wine pairing dinner promises an elegant evening of flavor, festivity, and tradition.
