Mozzarella Making for Kids: July 4th Colors!

Bring your little loved ones to Murray’s Cheese to learn the basics of Mozzarella Making! You will learn the delicious art of stretching fresh mozzarella alongside a Murray’s expert. Start by tasting exceptional versions of fresh pasta filata-style (pulled curd) cheeses, like mozzarella, bufala, and burrata, while enjoying fresh organic juices and lemonades! Then, the real fun starts as you get hands-on with fresh cheese curds, stretching and creating your own high-quality mozzarella - plus, we've added a colorful spin: dip-dye your mozzarella for a unique masterpiece that you can take home to enjoy. This will be a memory you and they will never forget!

*1 ticket is good for 1 adult + 1 child. This is recommended for ages 6-12.*

Format: guided tasting and hands-on cheesemaking with a Murray’s expert in our classroom

Includes: 5 cheeses, curds to make two balls of mozzarella

Beverages: red and white wine, plus n/a beverages for the kids!

In-person classes take place in the classrooms located at our Bleecker Street store. Our classrooms are located upstairs and downstairs at our venue and are therefore not wheelchair accessible.

This release is intended to discharge, in advance, Murray’s Cheese, LLC, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, members and managers and all other members of its staff whether contracted or employed, from and against any and all liability arising out of or connected to in any way with any participation at the Event. We agree and understand that our attendance and participation at the Event is voluntary and we assume risks associated with the activity in which we will be participating. If alcoholic beverages are consumed during the Event, we understand that this may increase our risk of injury and agree not to operate a motor vehicle if we may be over the legal limit. I represent and warrant that I am authorized to provide the aforementioned waiver, release, and discharge on behalf of any attendees that I have registered for the Event.
