Mozzarella di Michael Experience at The Winery in Breinigsville

This unique three-hour event includes a welcome champagne cocktail made with Clover Hill wine and a specialty drink made with Clover Hill Spirits.Audience participation is encouraged! Everyone will have the opportunity to get involved in a mozzarella-making lesson. You’ll learn how to use the mozzarella to create a variety of simple and delicious appetizer plates:- Ciabatta bread sandwiches (created by you!)- Marinated mozzarella with roasted peppers, tomatoes, pesto, artichokes, basil, garlic, extra virgin olive oil and garlic (or create your own!)- Fresh-sliced imported sweet and hot soppressata; Prosciutto di Parma and mortadella; and dry salami- Roasted peppers, marinated artichokes, a selection of tapenades, sun-dried tomatoes, hot peppers, banana peppers, kalamata olives, garlic olives, cherry tomato salad, baked peaches, fresh figs and strawberries- Imported asiago and ricotta salata cheese
- Broccoli rabe, stuffed peppadews with asiago cheese, pepperoncini peppers, beet salad and ricotta, and Italian bread- Italian-style mozzarella sushi rolls (created by you!)- Giovanni’s homemade reduced balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil. Michael puts the fun in the feast, so bring your sense of humor and your appetite!
