Join conductor François López-Ferrer as the DSO performs two Mozart favorites. Violinist Maria Ioudenitch breathes new life into Mozart’s “Turkish” Violin Concerto. Written in just 4 days, the “Linz” symphony is Mozart in his truest form. Opening the concert is Carlos Simon’s Fate Now Conquers, a musical representation of the unpredictable ways of fate, inspired by none other than Ludwig van Beethoven.
