We are excited to have you join us for "Moving Together" --a FREE workshop offered as part of Missoula's 33rd Annual Festival of the Dead events and facilitated by University of Montana pre-dance therapy students.
Join us for an evening of mindful movement and connection through dance as a healing art. In this 90-minute workshop, we’ll explore somatic awareness, expressive movement, and the power of moving together. Through guided exercises—including gentle self-attunement, partner mirroring, and group improvisation—you’ll build a deeper connection with yourself, others, and the collective group. No dance experience needed—just curiosity, presence, and a willingness to move. This space is open to all ages and backgrounds.
