Join us on another journey into nourishing stillness with a gentle yoga practice designed to relax your body and awaken your senses, preparing you for the immersive vibrations of a sound meditation with Himalayan singing bowls.
Led by Pieter (@pieter.marijn / @__lightyoga____) and Lillian (@slow.bowl.wisdom), this 2-hour mid-afternoon session invites you into deeper resonance and entrainment, while releasing stress and tension, and leading you towards blissful equilibrium.
