Moving Forward - Run/Walk Group for Women with Running Diva MomStarts Saturday, September 6, 7:00-8:15 am
Class meets for 9 weeks
This running and walking group is designed to provide women with an outdoor social environment, while keeping them moving forward, comfortably at their own pace. Both runners and walkers are welcome. We will meet as a group once each week.
Parks/locations will rotate in Sun Prairie, Deforest, McFarland and on Madison's Eastside.
Class starts on Saturday, September 6. The first class will meet at Running Diva Mom Studio in downtown Sun Prairie. Class meets for nine weeks at 7:00 am on Saturday mornings at different locations, to provide the group with new scenery and atmosphere. A full program with locations will be sent to participants during the first week of class.
Must be able to run/walk 60 mins at your own pace at the first class. Running is NOT required. This non-competitive run/walk group is geared towards women of all paces and abilities. Everyone will run/walk at their own pace and an out-and-back route will be planned for each class.
Participants will also receive strength training routines and videos that they can complete on their own at home, to enhance their at home fitness routine.
Session dates: September 6, 13, 20, 27, October 4, 11, 18, 25, November 1
