*This class includes an immersive Sound Journey, a Guided Meditation to focus on Moving Forward, a Distance Reiki Healing and a Personal Oracle Card Reading.CLASS DESCRIPTION:
When you arrive, you will lie back and relax in a luxurious meditation bed. Your senses will be soothed with a warm neck wrap and eye mask that are infused with herbs and essential oils. You will be given a beautiful selenite crystal wand to hold, as a tool to raise your vibration and clear your mind. Class will begin with a chakra clearing Sound Bath, using a variety of high vibrational instruments.
After the Sound Bath, you will travel into your imagination through a Guided Meditation that will help you release the past and embrace your future. As you journey through the woods in this magical meditation, you will come across two houses – one which represents your past, and one which symbolizes your future. These houses will give you clues about any baggage you are holding onto that is weighing you down, and what you need to do to align with a brighter tomorrow.
During the Guided Meditation, you will receive a Distance Reiki Healing from Reiki Master, Tara Noelle Poey. This Reiki Healing will infuse Divine energy into your aura and help you align with peace, joy and love.
Everyone who attends this class will also be provided with a personal Oracle Card Reading which contains a message from your Guardian Angels.
