This 2 day event will introduce you to a series of fascial-wise movements that will re-connect the whole body and transform your experience of Pilates' historical repertoire.
During this workshop, Fiona will demonstrate & teach Moving Connections and Pilates' basic exercises and show that by re-distributing load and altering our mindset, we can make profound changes to our movement and to our Pilates Matwork.
