Moving Canvas: Somatic Warm-Up, Dance Jam and Live Music by Fractured

Enter the unknown together! Experience the magic of spontaneous expression in a space of reciprocity as we explore the impulses of the body, sound and silence. An Experimental Jam is a space to come together and move into innate creativity beyond what we may think is possible. Hosted by Utam Moses and Julian Douglas at Windfall Dancers beautifully renovated studio

Begin your journey with a somatic warm-up to awaken your senses, practices to open deepened listening, and collaborative play. Then the space is yours to move freely inspired by the live, responsive sounds of Fractured, featuring Kyle Quass on trumpet, Julian Douglas on percussion, and Brendan Keller-Tuberg on bass, as they venture beyond traditional musical limits. We will weave the improvised space together.

7:15-9 diving in together with Fractured, witness: ebb and flow through the creative space, 15 min pause in the middle

You are welcome to attend just for the music at 7:15! Chairs near the music will be available.
