Movie on the Green: Wheels & Reels

Start your engines! Connect2Culture and Spiva Center for the Arts invite area residents to celebrate 100 years of Route 66 with a special, outdoor screening of a beloved Disney Pixar movie! Settle in under the stars with your lawn chair or blanket (or rent a chair onsite) and enjoy lawn games, sidewalk chalk, tasty snacks, and a featured film for the whole family. Arvest will be handing out free popcorn in celebration! No outside food or drinks allowed. Gates open at 7:30pm. Suggested Donation: $5 per person.

Spiva is inviting artists, families, kids, and creative grown-ups to enter the Wheels & Reels Cardboard Cruiser Contest. Build your own cardboard car and bring it to the Cornell Complex on Thursday, June 18 for a fun “car show” on the green before the movie.
