ABOUT THE FILM: "Cracker: The Last Cowboys of Florida" tells the remarkable story of Florida's cattle ranching heritage and the resilient cowboys who have shaped our state's history. Long before theme parks and beaches defined Florida, cattle ranching was the backbone of the state's economy, and the "Crackers" were the cowboys who made it possible.
This documentary explores the lives, traditions, and challenges of Florida's working cowboys, preserving a vital piece of our cultural heritage that's rapidly disappearing. Through stunning cinematography and intimate storytelling, discover a side of Florida few people know exists.
