Join us on Saturday afternoon August 16th, 2025, at 2 PM for our first Movie Memoires Matinee - FIRST BLOOD
The doors will open at 1:15 PM along with concessions.
Tickets are $5.00.
Remember those times your parents or grandparents told you about? Going to the movies on a Saturday afternnon, watching westerns, comedies, horror and science fiction films. Every matinee would begin with a newsreel, followed by a cartoon and then the main event - a great film. The Capitol Theatre of Greeneville is hoping to recreate that event once a month for the entire year. Each event will begin with a newsreel from long ago, followed by classic cartoons and a classic feature film. Tickets are only $5.00 for the entire afternoon.
