Join us for a special two-hour Nia Dance Party as we celebrate 24 years of Nia at MoveStudio! Get ready to move, groove, and connect with the joy of dance in this vibrant, fun-filled event. Nia combines dance, martial arts, and mindfulness, creating an uplifting experience for all fitness levels. Whether you're a long-time Nia lover or new to the practice, this celebration is the perfect way to honor our community and the joy of movement!Doors open at 6 PM with wine and light refreshments. At 6:30, the dancing kicks off, led by our incredible Nia instructors, Lara and Theresa, along with other MoveStudio Nia teachers joining the celebration. Get ready for an evening of joyful movement, connection, and community!
