About this Event

Join us for a fun and welcoming community wellness event held on once a month on a select Monday! Participants can choose the session that best fits their needs, including chair yoga or mat yoga. Whether you're new to yoga or have years of experience, all ages (18+) and ability levels are encouraged to attend. Come move at your own pace, connect with your community, and leave feeling refreshed and energized!

• Consent forms will be required upon arrival (health & photo/video release)
• Wear comfortable clothing suited for movement.
• Mats will be available to borrow on a first come first serve basis.
• Please arrive 10 minutes before your session.
