Join Cass for a Monthly Movement Workshop where we take movement off the chair and onto the yoga mat!These Monthly Movement Workshops are designed for everybody, offering a variety of postures and breath-synchronized movements. Cass provides modifications and options so everyone in the class feels supported, while still being challenged.
This month’s focus: Did you know that strong legs can help protect your lower back? In this 1-hour yoga class, you’ll learn how to activate your legs and improve lower back health through mindful movement.

Cassandra is a homeschooling and homesteading mother, a homeopathy enthusiast, and a yoga teacher and holistic arts practitioner with 16 years of experience as a movement educator under her belt. She has a passion for facilitating high-vibration, interactive experiences that allow attendees to dive more deeply into these topics. Her underlying intention in how she shares her love with the world is always to encourage people to live a more intuitive and embodied life. In her workshops this is often expressed through the guidance of explorative movement and the nudge to be curious about the power the mind-body connection holds on our health.
