Join us on the scenic rooftop of at Andaz Miami beach with light yoga, breathwork and a guided mindful journey within the original 3-dimensional artwork hand-painted by VR pioneer, Alissa Christine. Feel weightless as you explore and flow through her illuminated dreamscapes. This immersion is developed to help promote relaxation, inner reflection, and may also have a calming effect on the neuronal waves in our brains.

VR Headsets are included. The actual VR immersion is 20 minutes while participants are seated comfortably on a yoga mat and wearing a VR headset.

Wisty Heart guides gentle rhythmic movement yoga stretch, followed by a soothing soundbath.

ALISSA CHRISTINE

Alissa Christine creates immersive experiences at the intersection of wellness, art, and technology. A pioneer in virtual reality art and author of i love miami 365, she blends healing arts with illuminated 3D VR meditative storytelling. Her work has been featured by the Frost Museum of Science Planetarium and commissioned by the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts.

With over 15 years as a healing arts practitioner, she integrates Reiki, Breathwork, Chakra Balancing, Yoga, and aromatherapy into her experiences.

A multidisciplinary artist with a 20+ year career, her work has appeared at Art Basel Miami, SXSW, and international exhibitions. An arts educator since 1998, she facilitates workshops and guided wellness activations rooted in nature, mindfulness, and inner exploration.

Alissa Christine is a Brazilian-American Honors graduate, based in Miami Beach, and loves to meditates in the ocean.

They utilize Reiki, Sound Healing, mindful movement, meditation, music, dance, and light language to support humans around the world to live the life they came here on Earth to live!

Wisty Heart leads a movement & sound journey experience where there is safe space for you to be guided into moving at your own pace with your own body. We start with a movement meditation warm up, move into power shaking medicine to dissolve and alchemize any expired or stagnant energies, liberation dance party, cool down with stretch flow, and end with a Reiki-infused sound bath shavasana to integrate all of your authentic expression and activations that you co-created.

With 20+ years of dance experience, 12+ years of teaching experience, and 8+ years as a Reiki Master Practitioner, she now offers Reiki-infused Activation Experiences for individuals & commUnities to spread love and empower others to remember their well be-ing.💗 They currently live this physical human experience as a light alien being in Miami, FL.
