A midweek movement journey to release stress, reconnect with your body, and awaken creative flow. Starseed Movement Meditation – Embody & Express is your midweek reset: a playful, powerful space to unwind, energise, and come home to yourself. Guided by Sasha from Starseed Offerings, you’ll explore a blend of meditation, expressive dance, somatic warm-ups, and improvisational games — building confidence, freedom, and joy in your movement.
