Dress cozy and bring your favorite mug and best friends for this workshop where you will learn about the purpose and power of a Japa Mala meditation.
We will begin by setting our intention for our malas, guiding our bodies through a bit of movement to awaken our creativity and then learn how to manifest those intentions into the creation of your own hand tied mala.
