Back by popular demand! This summer has been intense. I know ya'll are feeling it too. Let's share space. Let's move this crazy energy. Let's reset our nervous systems as a collective and finally exhale ALL THE WAY. Its been ages.
60 minutes of healing and relaxation. Chelsea will lead us in gentle movement, meditation and breath-work and then close our practice with a sound bath using her collection of crystal singing bowls. This practice is sure to help you clear stagnant energy and face your current challenges with a fresh outlook.

Please come to class with a yoga mat, a blanket, and blocks if you need them for your practice.

About your instructor:
Chelsea Aldrich is a 500-hour experienced yoga teacher, registered prenatal yoga teacher, Buti Yoga Master Trainee, and Ayurvedic Counselor.. She tried yoga for the first time in 2009 and became committed to her practice in 2013 to heal herself from past traumas. She received her first 200-hour yoga teacher training certification with an emphasis in alignment-based and restorative yoga in 2016 and has since gone on to certify in aerial yoga (Born to Fly Aerial, 2016), Buti Yoga (Bizzie Gold, 2017), MFR Yoga (2019), Yin yoga (2018), and Ayurvedic counseling (Sevanti Institute, 2018). While gaining the knowledge to lead these formats, Chelsea was able to learn from the founders of Sanctuary for Yoga in Nashville where she completed an 85-hour prenatal yoga teacher training and a 300-hour advanced teaching certification. She feels that the journey of the teacher is nothing without remaining committed to the journey of the student, so you can count on watching her practice grow in many different directions for years to come.
