I'm a movement LOVER and I have been facilitating dance and Yoga for more than 20 years! ☺️ In different countries and all levels.
In this NEW sessions we will move energy using Qi Qong movement, Somatic movement, and finishing with deep body stretch YIN YOGA.
You may also flavor the effects of Pranaya and Somatic Yoga.
Expect to feel deeply relaxed, open and grounded.
