� CALL FOR ABSTRACTS: Movement Disorders Awareness Symposium 2026We are proud to announce that the Division of Movement Science and Exercise Therapy (Stellenbosch University), in collaboration with The Movement Lab and the International Motor Behaviour Society (IMBS), will be hosting a one-day symposium on World Parkinson’s Day.
This year’s theme is "Moving Forward: Multidisciplinary Perspectives on Movement Disorders."
We invite researchers, clinicians, movement specialists, students, and caregivers to contribute to the programme.
We are looking for Oral Presentations and Posters covering:
� Clinical management & rehabilitation � The role of exercise & lifestyle medicine � Technological innovations in gait & balance � Case studies & multidisciplinary care models
� Save the Date: 11 April 2026 � Location: Department of Exercise, Sport & Lifestyle Medicine, Stellenbosch University
