🌿 Welcome to a Movement Class with Franek 🌿
Inspired by Fighting Monkey Practice
Through engaging with different tasks, coordinative patterns and movement situations (games) with other people we will explore how we as humans can move and rediscover joy in it. Whether you are new to this or you already are engaging in some kind of movement practice - running, gym, dance or different sports, I believe this class can be a great supplement for your body’s need for diversity of movement.

👤 About the Teacher
Franek has been passionate about movement since he was 16, starting with calisthenics and drawing early inspiration from Ido Portal’s approach to physical exploration. He's always been curious about the possibilities of our human bodies, tempted by all the beautiful movements. Curiosity and need for expression led him to explore some acrobatics, contemporary dance and contact improvisation. In 2023 he began studying with Fighting Monkey Practice, which has expanded the way he looks at movement and dance. In his classes he wants to create a space for exploration and play
