Dear friends 💞
I am very happy to invite you to a day-long event with family constellations. We will gather in a Circle for journeying together with this deep and transformative method. No experience is required to participate.
There are two ways for joining the group:
- you can book your own constellation and being in the group
- you can participate as a representative, without getting your own constellation.
I am holdig a steady constellations group in Italy for years now, and some people always take part in the group, as a step forward in their personal inner journey.
💞 What do they get out from being in the group?
1. When we open up the field for a constellation, the energy involves everybody in the circle, also the ones not taking active part in the constellation itself.
2. When you are asked to take up a role, there is always something int that role for you to discover, to get insights from or to resonate with.
3. Last but not least, many times when we see someone's else constellation, we resonate with all or part of it. We can then do our inner process while the constellation is happening. Many times, in this situation, the process goes even deeper than when we work actively, since our defense mechanisms are more relaxed.
4. During the day, we will have some constellations that are booked in advance, but also exercises where all the circle will take part, and we will have an healing meditation for all.
I took my main education within the Hellinger Schule, but I have then deepened my knowledge thanks to other teachers who supported me in exploring how constellation-work can be applied in different fields.
💞 Which kind of constellations you can ask for:
- Traditional family constellation: addressing relationships, health, money, success, sexuality, work or in general life's issues;
- Animal constellation: yes, pets and animals close to us belong to our system, to the extent that they take on things and energies for us. Their health and behaviour issues can be explored and balanced out with a constellation;
- Inner constellation: the field we will open up in this case is the person itself. You will be able to see how your inner parts and aspects interact with each other and are in balance or out of balance;
- Karmic constellation: using numerology and some aspects in the birth chart, I will look into what is the biggest Karmic challenge for you in this life. Through a constellation, we will then release and balance out this karmic baggage. This is a very beautiful and deep energy work, which allows to better understand why we meet the challenges we face in life. This specific constellation must be asked in advance, since I need some info from you and it takes some time to elaborate the karmic challenge.
- Organisation's constellations: here the system we are diving in, is either a company or an organisation.

💞WHEN: Saturday the 6th of september. Doors are open for you to come and land in the space from 10.00. Please be on time!
💞PRACTICALITIES: a welcome letter will be sent out a few days before the event, with all the practical details for the day.

There is a limited number of constellations we can hold during the workshop, so... if you have a constellation you would like to receive, let me know as soon as possible!
The event will be held in simple english, but it is ok for you to talk in norwegian if you are not comfortable with english.
FACILITATOR'S BIO
Barbara Bella Voltolini is deeply fascinated by the mystery of Life. She is passionate about constellation work, metamedecine, past life regression and traumahealing.
She supports the physical body in getting into balance and releasing old traumas with individual sessions in cranio-sacral therapy and de-armouring.
She has created an alchemic process in her own journey, facing her shadows, traumas and ego and transforming them into awareness. Her mission is to support other people in doing the same.
She took her main education within the Hellinger School, but she has then deepened her knowledge thanks to other teachers who supported her in exploring how constellation work can be applied in different fields.
She is holding the same kind of group in Italy for several years now, and has been witnessing a great transformation in the people attending it regularly.
